SECRET OF DREAMS

Everyone likes to dream. Ever since I am a child I like to dream and wonder how it happens. Did you ever sleep after you wake up in the middle of dreams to see what happens afterwards? Did you ever feel that you cannot do anything and even cannot move when you see some bad dream, and latter wake up realizing that it’s only dream? I found some interesting answers about these questions and I am blogging it here.
Researches proved that the dream u see only last for few seconds or minutes. Dreams are identified as an area of our brains called the subconscious where the mind stores all of our memories and desires.  Dreams are the visuals of the subconscious and are originated from a thought or desire that we had buried in our subconscious mind.

When you dream, your body is virtually paralyzed during your sleep. It is most likely to prevent your body from acting out aspects of your dreams. Glands begin to secrete a hormone that helps induce sleep and neurons send signals to the spinal cord which cause the body to relax and later become essentially paralyzed.
Do you ever experiences Sleep Paralysis; someone tries to kill you in your Dreams? Sleep Paralysis is thought to be demons or ghosts sitting on ones chest, while the sleeper is aware of what is happening. During this episode, the sleeper can see everything in the room but some things my look distorted. Sometimes the victim will feel a presence or even see a figure in your room and begin to panic. These are very frightening and I even experienced a few. Did you?

Good night and sweet dreams..
